Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Contest

The 2011-2012 Winter Passeport POM “Win 8 Shopping Carts of Groceries” Contest is organized by Publications LCR (2008) Inc. and found on its web site (www.passeportvacances.com). The Contest starts on December 12, 2011 and ends at 11:59 AM (EDT) on March 2, 2012 (Contest Period). Any reference to time in these rules & regulations refers to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Prize draws will be held every Friday at 12:00 PM (EDT), starting January 13, for a period of eight weeks, at the offices of Publications LCR (2008) Inc., located at 1001 Lenoir Street, Suite B-550, Montreal, QC,
H4C 2Z6.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all residents of Quebec aged eighteen (18) years and over, except employees, agents and/or representatives of Publications LCR (2008) Inc., or advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of contest prizes, material and services, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse, and any person with whom these employees, agents and representatives are domiciled, even if they are not members of the same family.

3. How to enter the contest?

To enter the Contest, just click the “Win 8 Shopping Carts of Groceries” Contest banner on www.passeportvacances.com and fill out the entry form. Upon completing the form, click the “Send” button to submit your contest entry form.

If you already entered the Contest, just click the statement “Already entered?” on the Contest Entry page and validate your first name, last name and e-mail address. Next, click the “Send” button.

Limit: One (1) entry per day, per person, per e-mail address for the entire Contest Period.

4. Value of prizes

The total net value of the eight shopping carts of groceries is three thousand two hundred Canadian dollars ($3,200 CDN). Each shopping cart has a value of 400 Canadian dollars ($400 CDN).
